A weekly podcast with Jed Nilson about recovery, alternative healing, and what a rebuilt life actually takes. Breathe with it for a second before you decide anything.

Where the bottom actually was, and the ordinary Tuesday that turned it. Jed walks through the week before he stopped, the phone call he nearly did not make, and the first thing that helped.
Try it before you commit to anything
The cheapest thing that ever worked for him. Press play and follow the ring: it grows for four counts while you breathe in, and shrinks for six while you breathe out. Twelve rounds, about two minutes.
Why the long exhale is the part that matters, in episode three.
The library
Forty-six things he has tested on himself, filed by what they are for. Every one links to the episode it came from.

About Jed
Jed runs a homebuilding company in Utah that his father started.
He spent years putting up houses for other people while his own life quietly came apart. Getting sober was the first thing he ever built that nobody could see, and it took longer than any project he had run.
Now he goes looking for what actually works and records the conversations.
Every Sunday morning
Not a summary of the show. It is the working notebook: what he tried that week, who he asked, and whether it held up by Friday.
1,240 readers. One email a week. Unsubscribe in a click and he will not chase you.
I spent four years treating every good habit like a test of character. Get up, do the cold, do the breathing, prove something. It worked until the first bad week, and then the whole scaffold came down at once.
What changed was small. I stopped asking whether I felt like it and started asking what the next ten minutes looked like.

Members
A room for people doing the same work at the same time. Small enough that people use their real names, and the reason there are no ads in season one.
Ninety minutes, camera optional, one topic and a lot of questions.
Every episode with transcripts and chapter markers you can search.
The actual sheets he uses, not a printable someone made for a lead magnet.
A quiet place to post at 2am and get an answer from someone awake.
THE LETTER ONLY
PER MONTH
PER MONTH
Written plainly, because paying for a room you cannot see is a leap of faith.
First Thursday, 7pm Mountain, ninety minutes. One topic, announced a week ahead. Jed opens with what he got wrong that month, then it is questions. Recorded and posted for anyone who could not make it.
Every episode, transcribed and chaptered. Searchable, so when someone mentions a supplement or a practitioner you can find the exact minute rather than scrubbing.
Fourteen of them. The week planner, the trigger log, the sleep audit, the money conversation. Plain PDFs, no app, no account to create.
A slow forum, not a chat firehose. Threads stay put, nobody is selling coaching, and Jed answers most days. Real names encouraged, anonymity allowed.
Twelve seats, weekly, same twelve people. Currently waitlisted. It exists so somebody notices when you go quiet.
