About Jed
Jed runs a homebuilding company in Utah that his father started.
He spent years putting up houses for other people while his own life quietly came apart. Getting sober was the first thing he ever built that nobody could see, and it took longer than any project he had run.
Now he goes looking for what actually works and records the conversations. Practitioners, teachers, and people further along than he is.
Every Sunday
One email a week covering what he tried, who he talked to, and whether any of it helped. Written the night before it goes out, never longer than it needs to be.

Before you start
The things people actually ask before they press play, answered plainly.
No. A lot of people here are still deciding, and that counts as being in it. Nothing on this site asks you to declare anything.
Neither. It is one man's record of what he tried and whether it worked. If you are in danger, call someone qualified before you finish this episode.
Not in any organised sense. Some guests talk about faith because it is what got them through, and Jed lets them. Nobody is being recruited.
Between thirty-five and sixty-five minutes. Every one is chaptered so you can jump to the part you came for, and transcripts go up within a day.
A monthly call, the full archive with transcripts, and the worksheets he uses himself. It also pays for production, which is why there are no ads in season one.
